If you’re not sure what to eat that’s okay. There are plenty of options from low calorie meals to meals packed full of different ingredients. All that matters is that you find the meals that work for you. I will give you options for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, not mention some healthy snacks. The key is finding consistency.

Tailored Programme

Your programme is designed to help you achieve your goals. Don’t have equipment at home? Not a problem. I make sure you can train just as hard at home as when you’re in the gym, using either body weight or household items. This is ensures you get the most out of your training for each session.

Weekly Progress Reports

Keeping you up to date on your progress will keep you motivated. I will show and explain where you’re at and what the next step is for each stage of your training. Everyone makes progress in their own way so It makes sense that your plan can be adjusted to suit your training status. My system ensures that it’s easy to track and adjust for the biggest benefits to you.

Support

We’re on this journey together and my job is to make the process easier by offering technical knowledge, ongoing advice and any personal tricks that may help. Your journey doesn’t stop after each session and neither does my support. Making sure you feel confident to make the right decisions in your daily life is key to your success.

Scheduling

Even when you’re not training, you’ll know when and what you have to do. From training in the gym, exercising at home or active recovery, you’ll know what you have to do for each day. Finding a way to balance training, work and family can be tricky but with effective time management and planning it will become a consistent routine.

Nutritional Advice

Knowing how your diet directly affects your energy levels is a huge benefit to training and life in general. Knowing when and what to eat can take a good diet and make it great. Finding the right balance of nutrients during training and daily life is essential.
