I have always loved exercise and competing. Growing up, I threw myself into anything I could. Unfortunately, I got injured a lot because I didn’t pay attention to my body or know how to take care of myself properly.

Once I started taking my health and fitness seriously, I felt better, stronger and more confident. I wanted to learn more so I could help others and be the best coach I could be.

I have always strived for professional development and learning. Leading me to multiple degrees and accreditations while working with individuals and teams within the GAA, E-sports, football, athletics, skiing, rugby and boxing.

From working with the Irish boxing team leading up to the Tokyo Olympics, helping a hurling team win their first title in over 30 years and now working within Leinster rugby. My approach and techniques are always evolving but the principles they are based on stay the same, HOW CAN I HELP?

Every coach has there own reason but for me it the “Lightbulb moments”. That moment when a new skill suddenly starts to feel familiar, that goal or weight that seemed impossible, is now, just another milestone. Most importantly though, it’s the moment I see someone begin to believe in themselves and gain a level of confidence they’ve never known.
